One of the most difficult problems troubling a huge part of the world’s population is Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS as it is popularly known. IBS causes indigestion and a host of other accompanying problems. Flatulence, bloating, back pain, diarrhea, constipation and stomach pain are some of the many symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The problem is acute because it causes a lot of discomfort and modern medicine has no real cure for it.
When the food you eat does not get digested properly, lots of problems follows. Your body does not get enough nutrition to keep you healthy and energetic and you become tired and depressed easily.
